Senior’s
Christmas Party
The Millinocket Elks held their Annual Senior’s Christmas Party on
December 3rd this year. Over 280 seniors were in attendance and
everyone had a wonderful time. Jean and Herk Plourde were the chairpersons again
this year and did a great job as usual making sure everyone and everything was
taken care of. Jean was assisted in the kitchen by Donna, Joyce, Valerie,
Neanie, Red and Rick. The food was unsurpassed and the guests got their fill.
Marsha Donahue provided the entertainment for the afternoon. Santa paid a visit
and gave out a pile of $25 checks to some very lucky people. This is one of if
not the longest running events in the history of the Millinocket Elks and will
last for a lot more years. I was able to take some pretty good pictures during
the afternoon and hope you enjoy them.
