KID'S DAY 2007

      What can I say other than it's been another great year for us doing Kid's Day at Jerry Pond. We had around 430 kids and parents come down the road and I didn't see many unhappy kids there except for the some of the ones that were leaving and didn't want to go. We had some showers off and on during the afternoon, but that just kept it from getting too hot. Of course there are many people and groups to thank for this wonderful time; The Millinocket Elks, The American Legion Family, The VFW, The Katahdin Valley Health Center, The Recreation Department, The Millinocket Fire Department and our 2 newest groups The Knights of Columbus and the Katahdin Trails Alliance. This was our ninth annual Kid's Day and it's still as much fun now as it was when it began.  The following pages have some of the pictures that were taken.
