On December 3rd, the Millinocket Elk's held their annual Senior's Christmas Party. Almost 300 area senior citizens were there. Santa and Mrs. Claus paid a visit and gave out door prizes to some very lucky people. Jean and Herk Plourde once again chaired this great event and it was another smash hit. This is one of the events of the year the Elks put on and is very special to those that work it. I was sick this year and couldn't make it to the party, but I had some very able photographers take some nice pictures.
