Installation 2005

      On April 2, 2005, the Ellsworth Lodge of Elks made the trip 

to Millinocket to install our officers for this year. They did a very 

good job installing our suite of officers and then the good times 

started. Congratulations go to Dave Van Dine and his new slate of 

officers. They have some big shoes to fill, but I think they will do a 

fine job. Congratulations to Kevin O'Kane and his officers for the year 

they had. Congratulations also goes to Mr. Tom Little for being chosen 

as the Elk of the Year, Mr. Rick Moscone as Officer of the Year and 

Mr. Don Bolduc as Citizen of the Year. These men are well deserving 

of their titles for all the work they did for our lodge and the community.

     After the awards were past out, we had a meal that was second to 

none. Our kitchen crew did one very fine job at preparing the food. 

Thank you to this crew that likes to remain nameless even though we 

know who they are. Tony "Beef" DiCentes did an excellent job playing 

the music for the dance and everyone had a good time.

     Once again I would like to thank the Ellsworth installing team for 

the excellent job they did during the installation.
